The Challenge

In asset-intensive companies, external services are often hard to control: hundreds of service providers span maintenance, shutdowns, capital projects and grid expansion. Paper timesheets and email approvals slow down service entry and acceptance. External spend is hard to assign to assets, orders and projects, and qualifications, safety briefings and site access are frequently managed outside of procurement.
