Quotation PDF to Purchase Requisition
A supplier sends a quotation as a PDF. An AI reads the document, extracts the relevant line items and creates a draft Purchase Requisition in SAP — ready for a buyer to review and approve. No manual re-entry.
AI-assisted process decisions
Business users ask questions in natural language — "What is the stock level for material X in warehouse Y?" or "Which orders are at risk of delay?" — and get answers grounded in live SAP data, without logging into SAP.
Joule Studio extensions

If your organisation is already on Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio is often the natural entry point. We connect it to SAP data and business processes so it can act on real information, not just respond to questions.
