SAP Fieldglass Technical & Integration Consultant (m/f/d) – Mid-level or Senior

You are the bridge between SAP Fieldglass and the SAP backend. You know how a work order, a time sheet or an invoice travels from Fieldglass into SAP ECC or S/4HANA – down to the interface, the mapping and the posting – and you make it work reliably for our clients. Over time, you also become an expert in Fieldglass configuration. This hybrid profile makes you the go-to person when processes and integration have to fit together end to end.

What You Will Do

Integration & Technology (Core Focus)

• Design, implement and test integration scenarios between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC or S/4HANA (on-premise and cloud).
• Work with the ASAPIO Integration Add-On, SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) and Fieldglass APIs.
• Own the end-to-end document flow: master data replication (cost centers, GL accounts, WBS elements, suppliers, org units), work orders to purchase orders, time sheets to service entry sheets, invoices to supplier invoices.
• Analyse and resolve interface errors, mapping issues and posting problems – from message monitoring down to the backend document.
• Write technical concepts, interface specifications and mapping documents; advise clients on integration architecture.

Processes & Application

• Translate services procurement and contingent workforce requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure SAP Fieldglass (workflows, approval routing, custom fields, master data, rate structures) together with our application consultants – or independently as you grow.
• Support workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing, go-live and hypercare in national and international projects with our internal and nearshore teams.

As a senior, you additionally take on technical lead roles, shape integration architecture and coach junior consultants.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in SAP integration or as a technical SAP consultant, ideally in procurement (MM / Sourcing & Procurement). For senior level: 5+ years and experience as a technical lead.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: SAP Integration Suite / CPI, IDocs, web services / REST APIs, SAP Fieldglass Integration Add-On.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA procurement objects (purchase orders, service entry sheets, invoices, master data) and how they post.
• The drive to understand why a document fails, not just that it fails – and the motivation to learn Fieldglass in depth.
• Very good German and English, and willingness to travel to client sites.

A plus: SAP Fieldglass project experience or certification, ABAP (BAdIs, user exits, debugging), S/4HANA Services Procurement, technical lead or project management experience.
