Product Overview – SAP Fieldglass ERP Editions Integration Add-on
The October 2025 and April 2026 releases delivered major new features and enhancements to drive efficiency, improve compliance, and ease up the configuration and operation of all variants of the Integration Add-on:
October 2025 – Feature Package 11 / Service Package 12
- The new Integration Dashboard provides real-time status visibility across all Fieldglass transactions
- Asset Integration moved to General Availability and is now rolled out to all transactional data integrations
- Configurable status for Plant Maintenance Order Operation and WBS Element interfaces
- More robust Service Entry Sheet with increased error and fallback handling
- Extended logic in Master Data interface for Plant Maintenance Order Operations
- Support for Person Responsible as Cost Object Owner
- Support for GL Account Allocation Amount in SOW Revision Uploads
April 2026 – Feature Package 12 / Service Package 13
- Full Clean Core Level C compliance across all Add-on components — enabling cleaner upgrades, reduced technical debt, and full cloud readiness for SAP S/4HANA
- Major improvements to the Event Hierarchy Contract Lookup: configurable picklist naming via global parameters, automatic removal of special characters in contract texts, and a hardened supplier validity check
- Integration Dashboard now fully localized in German
- Detailed Response Handler for Posted and Paid Invoices, enabling per-record error and success visibility without sifting through bulk responses
- New BAdI definition for the PO Attachment Upload interface, allowing fully custom attachment content
- Code improvements: correct leading-zero formatting for Vendor IDs in the Supplier Download interface, and proper material group conversion in the SOW XML Upload interface
