What is ASAPIO Event Studio?
ASAPIO Event Studio is a web-based application designed to simplify the configuration and management of interfaces powered by the ASAPIO Integration Add-on. Whether you work with SAP S/4HANA, ECC or hybrid landscapes – the Data Studio provides a code-less, UI5-based interface for handling integrations, deployments, and monitoring — all from a unified cockpit .
Additionally, it provides access to predefined ASAPIO Payloads, which are modifiable to customer needs. This accelerates development and promote standardization across integration projects.
It can be deployed on your SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tenant or on a suitable ABAP server, making it adaptable to different IT strategies.

Event Studio is available to all direct customers of ASAPIO Integration Add-on which have licensed a supported Event-driven integration connector.
For customers of SAP Advanced Event Mesh: The update is not yet included in the download packages provided by SAP. Please request your download on our product site – free of charge.
Current restrictions:
- Currently only outbound interfaces are supported. (Inbound interfaces are on our roadmap, though)
- Most features rely on Payload Designs
- Interfaces based on custom-coded extractors / formatters are currently only supported for display only (and not for deployment)
- Interfaces created with SAP Fieldglass Integration Add-on are not yet supported by Event Studio.
