How to get it

See our documentation for detailed instructions.

Feature details

for inbound messaging:

  • With this new feature it is possible to receive messages from a Solace broker via AMQP protocol.
  • Using persistent TCP connection to the brokers.
  • Payloads will be received and handled by inbound object configurations in the add-on.

for outbound messaging:

  • Monitoring support functionality allows for the monitoring of outbound AMQP messages.

SAP Cloud ALM integration

Screenshot of Integration & Exception Monitoring in SAP Cloud ALM

What is SAP Cloud ALM?

SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) is the central monitoring platform for all connectors in your SAP system landscape. As a cloud-native, SaaS-based platform developed on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud ALM allows for the managing the implementation and operations of cloud and hybrid SAP landscapes.

What is new?

After Component Health Monitoring was already added in our October 2025 release update, this feature will publish the logs of the Integration Add-on to Cloud ALM in order to perform integration and exception monitoring in your central platform.

Restrictions

Suitable for all connectors.

Use RAP Event linkage in Classic GUI (without Event Studio)

Why was is it added?

With Event Studio and its predefined payloads, we developed a comfortable and efficient way to configure RAP event linkages. However, this feature might not be available in all contexts (e.g. certain SAP Fieldglass use cases).

For that reason, we’ve added RAP event linkage support for our legacy GUI configuration screens, enabling users to set up RAP event linkages without using Event Studio.

Use case flexibility: Choose the configuration method that fits your needs.

How do I get it?

See our documentation for detailed instructions.

Restrictions

Works with all connectors.

Extensibility in Active Alerting (BAdI)

What is new?

Active Alerting:
You can now add custom handling of logs when running the Active Alerting job. This allows, for example, for the integration to a custom log aggregator or a ticketing system.

How to set it up?

Find a detailed guide in our documentation.

Restrictions

Suitable for all connectors.

Updates for ASAPIO Event Studio

What is ASAPIO Event Studio?

ASAPIO Event Studio is a web-based application that allows for the configuration of the ASAPIO Integration Add-on. It enables interface deployment for standard payloads delivered by ASAPIO and can also be used to view and change existing configuration of the addon.

It is designed to connect to various backend systems and display data through a unified user interface, supporting integration with multiple SAP systems via destinations, and is built using standard SAP UI5 technologies.

New features in the Event Studio:

  • Support for CDS view entities in catalog
  • AsyncAPI export for CDS entity payloads
  • Added data layer filter
  • Connections can be filtered by connector
  • New data catalog model, to support all kinds of data layers, including custom objects

Integration Catalog

The Integration Catalog is the central hub for where we will start to publish predefined content, like RAP event linkages, payloads and interface packages for ASAPIO customers. It supports the creation of event linkages and transport definitions as well as providing a function to filter by business case.

  • ASAPIO Payloads
  • Predefined RAP handler classes, to activate standard event linkage
  • Template interfaces for various use-cases

How to use it

  • Select the desired objects from the catalog and click on the download link. This will bring you to ASAPIO Support Portal
  • Install to your system

Restrictions

At this point in time, the Integration Catalog is not supported by SAP Fieldglass ERP Edition – Integration Add-on.
